Pros

Clean shop, good air quality for a weld shop. Leadership has been getting more involved with the employees. Opportunities for growth. Pretty relaxed environment. Able to work 4 10 hour days. Heard about some good things that are happening.

Cons

Communication could be better from the top down.

Pros

I learned how toxic this job was. I have a new appreciation of my current job.

Cons

Most employees are not trained nor welcomed very well. Micromanagement is alive and well. If you are not in the circle, you will not last. Most of the time people are covering their own tail and pointing fingers. The president is the cancer and it seeps down. You'll be in shock to see what of his click will get away with.
