Pros
Our team, the mission, the autonomy and I really appreciate the option to work from home. We have grown a lot during the past years but we're still aiming to keep as much of the startup culture as we can. It never gets boring and as long as you're interested, there are plenty of growth opportunities inside the company.
Cons
It can be hard to grasp all the information that you need when you join. Things are changing very fast as the company develops rapidly and it might not suit all people the same.
