Pros
- We don't have a dress code and you can be yourself - Pets are allowed - Environment is good - Teams are very supportive - Team leads are awesome and they will help you growing and finding the tools for you to become a better agent or become something else in the company - If you want you can grow in the company and change to a different departments very easily if you think there is something you would like to specialize in or if there is something you think you will be good with. You will always get support from the company, team leads and colleagues.
Cons
- The communication in between different teams is sometimes a little disorganized - Some parameters we have to comply as a customer support and are not reasonable, because if you want to help customers you need time to get the right solution (quality should matter more than quantity).
