Pros

Generally it's a pretty good place to work at, food provided, Company do their best to be all inclusive. Autonomous in pioneering your own project/how to improve stuff. Awesome compensation package.

Cons

Certain Leads can't take in feedbacks, and when you try to raise your reason/a different way. You can expect it to be turned away. Worst experience was that you have 2 lead shutting you down at the same time. But when you turn around , and when someone else suggest it, it's being accepted??? Also get rid of people who berates their staff in open view. Have witnessed sassy leads talk down and scold their staff in front of other teams. You literally have to tip toe around them and if you ever need to talk to them, you pray so hard they are in a good mood.

Pros

Good PTO, and friendly Wisers.

Cons

Management is totally micromanagement, and the People team does not advocate for employees; they appear present only in name. If I were in Kristo’s position, I would conduct a thorough top-to-bottom review of the entire HR department of U.S., and replace all of them. If over 70% of the Austin team would never recommend this workplace, it is a significant warning sign that needs to be addressed.
