Pros

Wise is focused not only on it's customers but also its employees. I have never worked at a job where I felt that I was more then another wheel in the machine. Wise's sense of inclusivity and understanding I am a person on my own is the most beneficial thing in a job anyone could ask for. I feel seen, heard, and understood for the first time at a job.

Cons

I don't know of any cons to this job and if there are I haven't found any.

Pros

Good PTO, and friendly Wisers.

Cons

Management is totally micromanagement, and the People team does not advocate for employees; they appear present only in name. If I were in Kristo’s position, I would conduct a thorough top-to-bottom review of the entire HR department of U.S., and replace all of them. If over 70% of the Austin team would never recommend this workplace, it is a significant warning sign that needs to be addressed.
