Cons

Underpaid Understaffed No language allowance but they still request you to do work in other languages besides English Non stop phone calls, emails or chats (2 chats at the same time) Very low idle periods (for revising past work and career development) Difficult/impossible to schedule vacations for the popular months Weekend work with normal pay Constant work monitoring including of the workers location Bigger and bigger focus on outsourcing each year but outsourcing doesn't have any accesses or knowledge so the work actually gets relegated to interns

Good PTO, and friendly Wisers.

Cons

Management is totally micromanagement, and the People team does not advocate for employees; they appear present only in name. If I were in Kristo’s position, I would conduct a thorough top-to-bottom review of the entire HR department of U.S., and replace all of them. If over 70% of the Austin team would never recommend this workplace, it is a significant warning sign that needs to be addressed.
