Pros

E&W truly believes in taking care of it's employees. As you hear of other companies cutting benefits, E&W continues to add benefits and really show us how valuable we are to the firm. There is a high ethical atmosphere and a deep concern for clients, their injuries, concerns and general well being. I am proud to work for a firm that genuinely cares for our clients and the community in general. I would recommend E&W to anyone who is looking for a long lasting career in a "family" oriented firm that strives on excellence and working hard for our clients.
