Pros
We have an Owner/Boss that truly cares about her Firm and a Management Team that has an interest in keeping the employee happy by asking for our input to make our job easier and happy. Not only does the management at EW try to keep us happy, but they really try their hardest to include our family and loved ones. Celebrations in and our of the office such as Fair Day and Happy Hours. I think what made me appreciate EW even more was how each child of an EW Employee was gifted their entire school supply list this year. I know this was a huge burden off the parent's back. Our Firm Offers excellent Health, Life and Retirement benefits. Amy Witherite goes out of her way to make sure her staff is properly covered and compensated.
Cons
Due to our Law Firm's fast growth in a very short amount of time, the management is still structuring themselves. This will definitely improve with time and proper training.
