We must be doing something right...Eberstein Witherite has literally tripled in size in almost three years, and I sure it will continue to grow, thanks to staff, management, and a great owner. The work performed on our cases is like no other law firm I have known. That may explain why we remain successful. EW truly looks out for the best interest of their employees. In all the 17 years that I have worked in the Legal Field, I have never seen an owner give so selflessly, like Amy K. Witherite. Employment benefits are some of the best I have seen. The management monitors the rates annually to make sure the staff and their dependents are covered with the best coverage at the best rate for the coverage. 401K benefits are great. Besides the health and employment benefits, Amy continues to give her staff extras outside work. We have an annual EW Fair Day. The employees are given a day off so the staff and their loved ones can enjoy the rides and food at the Texas State Fair. At least once a month, the staff are offered a Happy Hour late in the afternoon, to mingle with their co-workers, munch on some food, and drink a beverage or two. This year the EW Management asked for each employee who had children in school, to turn in their supply list. EVERY EMPLOYEE'S CHILD WAS GIVEN ALL OF THIER SUPPLY LIST! I have never seen this happen! One thing that I have seen remain consistent is the amount of Community Service this Firm does. Food Drives, A Woman Called Moses, donating school supplies, etc. The list goes on and on...It's one thing to give to charity, but to be out there with and around the people! Amy truly does care about others and it truly shows!
