When people hear you work here.. Automatically they know the company from advertisements on multiple radio stations.

Cons

Unprofessional Constant cursing Too many "clicks" Not welcoming to outsiders or new comers Condones drinking alchohol constantly on the job

Thank you for bringing your concerns to my attention. We strive to create a professional and fun environment for all of our team members. Part of these efforts include our annual firm trip to the State Fair of Texas, Monthly Happy Hours that are organized by our Happy Hour Committee as well as our Community Outreach events, which all team members are encouraged but not required to participate in. We do work hard and we play hard together as a team! I’m sorry to hear that you didn’t feel like you were a fit in our organization.
