Working at EW does not make you feel like just a number at a company, it makes you feel like part of a team. Benefits, to name a few, are family days at the State Fair, occasional happy hours and back to school supplies for your children. Room for advancement is there, as well as one on one training are available.

Cons

Work load and tight schedules are there, but Amy always makes sure you are well taken care of. This company is a true believer in "work hard, play hard".
