Pros

The ONLY pros were that I worked in the office alone and could set my office hours

Cons

Pathetric pay. NO insurance- it's a fixed indemnity. District and Regional managers ONLY care about their yearly bonuses so they tell property managers to get those units filled no matter what it takes so they can get their almighty yearly bonus for doing none of the work.

Teamwork everyone helps if a property is struggling. Collaboration with all the managers in my Region. Supervisors are available when needed. Opportunities for advancement

Busy Leasing Offices , Need more service technicians.
