The ONLY pros were that I worked in the office alone and could set my office hours

Cons

Pathetric pay. NO insurance- it's a fixed indemnity. District and Regional managers ONLY care about their yearly bonuses so they tell property managers to get those units filled no matter what it takes so they can get their almighty yearly bonus for doing none of the work.

None the management could care less about their tenants or employees.

Cons

As a management company they are horrible. No support let alone pay and they want you to stand on your head to get things done. Don't go there.

It's in Westerville. I live in Westerville. Yup, that's about it. Proximity.

Cons

Office politics, favoritism, nepotism (and that young woman does NOT do her job well), surprise firings, and promotions based on who you know. Very Game of Thrones. Avoid at all costs. Management goes on vacations with employees...shudder.
