I have heard the coversations at the office about how we can improve things. They talk about training, working with employees and what can be done to make things better. I read some of the negative reviews posted on here and I wonder why they stayed at a place that they hated so bad. I'm glad to know that I work for a company that will change and doesn't have a one tracked attitude that it is one way to be done.
