Lack of respect for mid-level (NP or PA) providers. No raise in several years. Administration with large turn around and micromanaging. Decisions being made at clinical level and providers not included.

Small hospital, a lot of the employees have been there for many years. Great benefits. Everyone is genuine and team oriented
