Wonderful nurses, who care deeply for their patients

Cons

The administration is toxic. Poor business structure and fiscal responsibility. Staff are treated poorly and not recognized as being the most essential commodity that the hospital has. Good old boys club; only opportunity for advancement if you are a "yes" person to the CEO. CNO is out of her league.
