Pros
Nice building, generally nice clientele, coworkers can be nice
Cons
Management does not care about much of anything other than making money. They will put you in compromising situations under the guise of benefiting patients, but that is not the case. They will expect you to do things outside of your employment expectations, and anything they ask for needs done ASAP whereas if you ask for anything at all it will take weeks, months, or more to ever be addressed. Services offered are misrepresented/lied about on the website. You will not get more than a fraction of a dollar raise every couple of years, and if you ask for more they will tell you it’s not in line with area compensation, which is false. Things will start out positive, but within 6 months things will go downhill and they will not improve. Staff hiring is a revolving door due to all the issues here. People barely doing their jobs will be treated the same or better than those who go above and beyond. HR is a nightmare and the director will do nothing for you. Management will not put things in writing so that they can later twist things to support their agenda. You will get next to no training at hiring, and policies will change with no warning. Good luck getting your PTO payout when you leave. There is limited to no communication, respect, or compassion for employees at this health care agency.
