Pros

Some nurses did a really good job.

Cons

Management and HR were a joke. Employees were not treated fairly. People in charge should not be in charge. Many new grads that didn’t know anything. Very cliquey nurses would give you 5 patients while they took 2. Lots of bad language and gossip at night.

Small hospital, a lot of the employees have been there for many years. Great benefits. Everyone is genuine and team oriented

Cons

Outdated. Just starting to get rid of paper and move to electronic.
