      Pros

      People are friendly and overall good with wfh and trust you to work your hours. No asking to take an hour off during the day or micromanagement

      Cons

      Pay and progression is limited. Likely due to lack of salary control within the team, all comes from higher leadership.

      Pros

      Flexible working environment. Most people still work from home and rarely go into the office.

      Cons

      Leadership has been terrible over the last 5 years. Constantly reviving the same slogans and strategy that did not work with the last leadership team. Constantly in financial distress, no consistency.
