The people and the team I've worked with over the years have been the small saving grace of this company. But even that's gone down the drain in recent years.

SAVE YOURSELVES. DONT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. They dont care about their employees. As soon as a role or a position becomes eligible to be dumped into their "excellence centres" in India, you can kiss your job goodbye. They exploit the "excellence centres" by proposing them to clients to win jobs and their quality just isn't up to par with the quality that the UK offices provide the clients. The UK offices often have to re-do their work and management are happy to pass it off as from the excellence centres to justify culling the UK workforce significantly. This company preys on the desperation that they will impose themselves on you. They will make you feel like begging them from scraps or to be saved from redundancy is a blessing they can bestow on you when the whole reason for it will come directly from them. In recent years, they've decided to move cruicial departments from the UK into these excellence centres as well. IT tickets have gone weeks without answer and getting in communication with certain departments have been a nightmare as well.
