      All seems perfect between 2022 - 2024 then everything went downhill from early 2025 - Project Engineer Wood Employee Review

      2022-2024 : Exposure to major capital projects - big players client are on board, lots of resources to learn both online or in person with SME

      Cons

      Everything went downhill since Jan 2025, no new project, no salary rise for 2 years until a massive redundancy happened in Staines office over than 90 headcount, great people left the company, losing it expertise-offshore project business closed. I got lucky to redeployed to another business unit however still can’t avoid being made redundant in 2026. Lots of small businesses being purchased by the group in the past yet those are not aligned with main group’s strategy

      Pros

      Flexible working environment. Most people still work from home and rarely go into the office.

      Cons

      Leadership has been terrible over the last 5 years. Constantly reviving the same slogans and strategy that did not work with the last leadership team. Constantly in financial distress, no consistency.
