      If you are joining Wood Abu Dhabi. Only pro is salary that too by the virtue of goverment. Wood gives basic minimum salary.

      Cons

      - Incompetent manangement and HODs - Extreme level of Politics and Favoritism - No future plans for company and No skill development - Work quality extremely poor , way below industry standards

      Pros

      Flexible working environment. Most people still work from home and rarely go into the office.

      Cons

      Leadership has been terrible over the last 5 years. Constantly reviving the same slogans and strategy that did not work with the last leadership team. Constantly in financial distress, no consistency.
