Pros
The work is very interesting, there is always different problems and beakdowns most days you never know from day to day what problems you might face,i find this very challenging and really enjoy the challenge.
Cons
The cost of living has gone up so much over the years and they have not considered our positions in pay for the past few years.Though i enjoy working here i cannot maintain a decent standard of living for my family.
