      It has great capabilitites, experience, team of high level progessional experts. Wood is recognised contractor combine best sides of FW and Amec.

      Cons

      Legal risk profile is very conservative, not all the time real risk balanced, no proactive strategy for Emerging markets. Not always ready to act for changing environment as fast as competitors do.

      Pros

      Flexible working environment. Most people still work from home and rarely go into the office.

      Cons

      Leadership has been terrible over the last 5 years. Constantly reviving the same slogans and strategy that did not work with the last leadership team. Constantly in financial distress, no consistency.
