Pros
Company is ready to listen and help if required, however this depends on line manager. Personally I had only good experience in regards to this. Project opportunities are increasing. There is opportunity to change the discipline within the Company if requested by individual. During the the Amec take-over of Foster Wheeler was lots of redundancies, the Employer helped as much as it could to help/ support finding new job to redundant staff. Assignments are available across the Globe.
Cons
More communication between different offices across the business/Globe would be an advantage.
