Steady downhill slow motion crash (since Sir Ian left Wood). Upper mis-management is rampant. Brown nosing is required to keep your job or advance. Incompetence is allowed and even rewarded by managers coddling their favorites. Talent is neither rewarded nor recognized. Those of us from the days of the Mustang Blue Horse are severely disappointed in Wood. And we are leaving (or retiring) in droves.
