Pros
The people I work with are top notch and very good at what they do. They are also some of the kindest people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. When I'm in the office or in the field doing work my days are usually filled with laughter and smiles as we all crack jokes with each other. Decent amount of PTO with people who don't give you crap for taking PTO. Practically everyone in management is kind, understanding, patient, and over worked.
Cons
very little job growth opportunities, little raises despite increased amount of responsibility, need more on the job training.
