      half day Fridays that is literally the only thing

      Cons

      Management, management, management Very little to no raises Very cheap about certain things No formal training Throw you in the fire and hope to make it out with little to no help IT is terrible, good luck

      Pros

      Flexible working environment. Most people still work from home and rarely go into the office.

      Cons

      Leadership has been terrible over the last 5 years. Constantly reviving the same slogans and strategy that did not work with the last leadership team. Constantly in financial distress, no consistency.
