      Pros

      Have decent food in the Cafe onsite. Free parking.

      Cons

      Never more than 3% raises or salaries frozen. No review process. HR personnel incompetent. Savings Plan w/Empower under performs. Borderline business competence by management - losing money. Replacing American managers and above with Scottish foreigners. Force employees to park cars backwards in parking spots - reverse parking.

      Pros

      Flexible working environment. Most people still work from home and rarely go into the office.

      Cons

      Leadership has been terrible over the last 5 years. Constantly reviving the same slogans and strategy that did not work with the last leadership team. Constantly in financial distress, no consistency.
