      Several: weak management, no direction or leadership, expensive health benefits with too many options, good ole boy culture, zero 0 diversity, horrible IT

      Pros

      Flexible working environment. Most people still work from home and rarely go into the office.

      Cons

      Leadership has been terrible over the last 5 years. Constantly reviving the same slogans and strategy that did not work with the last leadership team. Constantly in financial distress, no consistency.
