      Professional engineers, scientists, administrative, and management staff. Good people and opportunities to learn

      During my 4 years with the company, I worked for Amec Foster Wheeler. The company was going through a lot of financial trouble that ultimately affected employees. This included forced PTO, no raises, and benefits reductions.

      Pros

      Flexible working environment. Most people still work from home and rarely go into the office.

      Cons

      Leadership has been terrible over the last 5 years. Constantly reviving the same slogans and strategy that did not work with the last leadership team. Constantly in financial distress, no consistency.
