Dissatisfied - Marketing Wood Employee Review

Culture varies by each country and not consistent. The department I was in had the worst communication between management and their employees. They say one thing and do another. The office I was in had the worst work culture with zero employee relations. There is zero moral. Leadership only cares about themselves and not the happiness of their employees. I would not recommend Wood to anyone. There are much better engineering firms to work for that appreciate their employees and the hard work they do or are willing to do. There is also very little room for career advancement.
