- Wood never fully merged. During the pandemic, Legacy Mustang and Wood employees preferentially got assigned work ahead of Legacy AMEC & Foster Wheeler employees. - Wood has no plans to give laid-off employees packages (regardless of time spent with the company) so employees are put on furlough for extended periods of time until they get frustrated and quit without packages. Laid-off employees were told "Covid" was the cause for getting no packages. - In the US office, 7% of pay was reduced from most employee's salary at the beginning of the pandemic and management has no plan to reinstate pay. Prior to the pandemics, there were zero raises and bonuses for the regular folks. - Their diversity and inclusion claims are a joke.
