      Great for local Houston people who are not open to travel and want consistent 9-5 in an easy to get to location.

      Cons

      As consultant company, if your not on a project consistency of work can be very uncertain

      Pros

      Flexible working environment. Most people still work from home and rarely go into the office.

      Cons

      Leadership has been terrible over the last 5 years. Constantly reviving the same slogans and strategy that did not work with the last leadership team. Constantly in financial distress, no consistency.
