Pros

Great place for non minorities to advance!

Cons

How can this company say they are non profit with the exorbitant salaries they pay their executives? CEO of non profits should not be making $1m+. It is an outrage that this is allowed to occur. Very poor stewardship of Society money and policyholders are paying this! This needs to be addressed and put a salary cap in place at the next convention!!!
