T his place is a nightmare, DOS systems to go through to find very simple information that could be easily accessed with one click if they would put their money where their mouth is. HR tells you you can get up to a certain amount every year for your raise, and the you learn this is if you get 5 out of 5, which literally never happens. Accountability is zero here if you are outside of a production role, but if you are a hard working in a struggling department, expect to be underpaid and overworked and told how “valuable” you are and giving less than a dollar at yearly raise time.
