The COO is either not aware or does not care that the BT VP and a director in BT are running the company into the ground. They openly speak badly of others, including their boss, and purposely stand in the way of the project managers on projects they don’t care about or support. It is embarrassing and something needs to be done. Associates are to afraid to be truthful on the engagement survey because of fear of retaliation. This includes upper Management.
