Pretty much everything else other than the people. IT was viewed as an expense instead of an investment. Lots of not-so-smart people who are "nice." People stay just to stay safe. Clock-in, clock-out. You will not be surrounded by the best people if you work here. Management is too sales-focused- the rest are just expenses.
