Pros
This review is for the Anaheim office only, and more about the benefits offered to you Your experience here will vary on what department you get hired into 9/80 schedule for most employees, depending on what department you go to 8/40 for salary No sick time - you have to use your vacation time to take a sick day 401k, dental, vision, medical Times you come into work are a little flexible, 630a, 7a, 730a, 8a, works for people with kids Quarterly bonus - Amount depends on how well the company did, but how much you get depends on your attendance and performance Hourly employees have to clock in and out with an online system, including lunch Some room for growth but not much, here's an example: you can go from file clerk to Account Manager (with two more steps in between) I don't pay attention to some of the titles they use here - sometimes it makes no sense In terms of getting an annual raise, they obviously don't give you one for cost of living/inflation. Always ask for one and prove why you should get it - otherwise you will be making the same amount you did in 2012 as you will be in 2020, and that dollar you made in 2012 would be worth .50 in 2020 The location is very convenient for running errands, walkable distance to many restaurants, Vons, banks - chase, wells fargo, BofA, police station across the street, library, museum, farmers market on Thursdays, two parks nearby, you can park in the parking structure and your car will not get hot when you leave from work
Cons
Company culture is questionable: Be careful in who you decide to talk to Hanging out in the break room can be weird awkward and silent I did not find it to be a friendly environment you can even call it clickish If you can't work with a good group of people what do you do?
