      -Rare to find a remote ATC position, let alone one with good work/life balance. -They provide all the equipment, sent to my house. -Low-stress job, currently (until our client list builds)

      -Need holiday coverage -A little micromanaged with time to make sure we're working while remote

      middle management cares a lot lots of autonomy

      pay is not close to what is needed to survive in the market i work in no ability for growth pay for the same job with in the company is all over the place upper management is out of touch with the work force need a 2nd job to stay above water 401k match is horrid
