Pros
Workhuman lives it's mission both internally and externally to bring humanity into the workplace. This is what drew me to want to work for the company. A job where you get to sell peer driven recognition to large companies?? Sign me up. I was hired during covid and have not yet met any colleagues in person, yet I received the warmest welcome and onboarding experience. I feel more connected to my fellow co-workers than at any previous company and that is because Workhuman goes out of their way to practice what they preach. There is no shortage of surprises that show up in the mail from our customer experience team for various events and sometimes just for fun (HH's, pizza making, art classes, etc). My sales team is incredible and the managers and VP's are hands on without being "in the way". It's a very strategic, team centric approach. I can honestly say I love my job!
Cons
The benefits are a bit expensive and lacking. I'd like to see a 401K match in the near future and quite honestly was almost a deal breaker. Salary could be more competitive.
