Pros
Literally, the only upside is to use disingenuous internal recognition awards to redeem for gift cards on the site
Cons
- CEO has no idea how to run a business, spends time waxing poetic internally and at conference while business and product in shambles - Small, ego-driven Leadership team with very little strategic or operational skills - The most fragmented, silo'd org structure imaginable-Sales, CS, SLT, Prod, eComm, Mktg, Data Analytics all running their own fiefdoms. Absolute chaos with no shared objectives - Culture of disingenuous recognition using the software platform--solely so that others can view, comment, and complement on another and the extremely basic feature/functions of the system - Absolutely zero product roadmap plan or follow-through - Legal/Finance team in the dark ages re; contracts, CRM, approvals run through 1-2 people - Sales Leadership completely non-existent, run by process driven delegator - eCommerce a complete mess; Defensive Leader/Team, Hidden pricing strategies on products offered on site, lack of support for customers, and many many other issues - Demos mostly, if not all, vaporware - Mostly a conference/communications company portraying itself as a Tech co. - Senior team use of "Board Meetings' to separate themselves from accountability - Foray into DEI is actually a feature button on antiquated UI - Technology Stack/Architecture a mess - Continually falling behind lighter, more nimble solutions for essentially the same service (customers fully aware and taking steps)
