Staff layoffs. Staff Made redundant. all the employees that gave many years service to the company got laid off and they kept staff that were hired during Covid. This shows everything that workhuman preaches is a PR stunt in order to get new customer. The reality is, they don’t care about their own employees so why would they care about their customers. Any company considering joining this company should think again.

Thank you for your feedback. I wanted to address the point you raised about the layoffs, which were deeply impactful to everyone involved. The layoffs had representation across all levels in the organisation, from VP down to individual contributors. There was a cohort of people with one to two years experience that were proportionally represented given our growth levels over the last few years. So while you may not see that in the redundancies directly around you, this was absolutely the case when you look at all the people that departed as part of the layoff process.
