Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We agree that World offers an excellent salary and benefits package to our associates and appreciate you highlighting that fact. We are concerned to hear that you did not receive training during your stint at World, and that you felt there was a lack of communication. We pride ourselves on being transparent to our associates, with Townhalls, Retail Roundups, the Weekly Digest, etc., and are sorry you did not find that to be the case. We take all your comments seriously and will share them with our Human Resources department. Thank you again for your feedback, and good luck in your future endeavors.

Pros

Benefits are good with matching 401K contribution. New CEO recognizes the value of happy employees as a starting point. It's refreshing. He also is working on proprietary AI tools vs off the shelf not to replace employees. His goal is to increase productivity with the support of AI tools so we can spend time on client needs. Strong emphasis on culture and value of the employees.

Cons

Workload can be overwhelming as they acquire new companies. There has been some turnover and it's difficult for any company to find experienced Account Managers.

Pros

Good benefits, pay is okay Immediate managers are pretty great and easy to deal with

Cons

The workload is awful. It has made me rethink my life choices. I go home absolutely miserable on a daily basis and tell my kid to make sure he completes college and does what he loves so he doesn’t end up with a job like this. The company acquires agencies faster than they can higher, and the workload gets dumped on the servicers. Truly an awful workload, anytime it’s brought up to management nothing gets done
