Pros
Some of the best reasons to work at World Wildlife Fund: - Panda Fridays (You get every other Friday off) - There are many Professional Development opportunities - There are great opportunities to collaborate across departments - Supportive colleagues
Cons
Some of the worst reasons to work at World Wildlife Fund: - If you are a diverse candidate, I will warn you that WWF is not the best environment for inclusivity or equity. I have seen an experienced, People of Color being gaslit by leadership, scared into not reporting their grievances to HR, criticized and punished for minor mistakes in comparison to their white counterparts, and voices of People of Color completely ignored when it comes to contributing to the wonderful work WWF does. During my time there 4 Women of Color left in less than one year due to the manipulation and covert racism experienced in that space.
