Pros
Colleagues are genuinely interested in their work and are overall kind and inclusive people. Health/Dental benefits are solid. Work culture is pretty relaxed.
Cons
Corporate hierarchy that doesn't enable upward mobility, and is comprised of mostly the same group of rich, white executives for years. Compensation isn't transparent. They'll send you a little excel sheet denoting how much you can expect to make over a few years with the company, but raises are never in line with what the sheet says. Company will not meet with you face to face to negotiate salaries/promotions. Will tell you they'll 'have to get back to you' and then a couple weeks later you'll get sent a new paycheck with a 2% cost of living adjustment and nothing else said about it. This place needs a union - but then again every place does.
