Pros

Every other Friday off, working with animal content (who doesn't love that?).

Cons

- This was my dream company to work for, but unfortunately it was a nightmare. It is impossible to succeed under a manager that doesn't know how to/doesn't want to manage (and lies to make you look bad to cover their own butt). Nothing you do will be right and you will be bullied while you work your butt off trying to figure out how to do what is wanted of you (which is never clear and changes with every minute because senior management expectations are totally different than direct management). I lost 10 pounds in the few months I worked there because I never ate due to stress. Do yourself a favor and work literally anywhere else. It's not worth the low salary. - No bonus

Pros

The panda Fridays and the cause

Cons

I worked in finance and accounting. The comptroller was incompetent and the management was incredible toxic. No work nothing much going there. They are also not fit for the position. Longevity is what has made them stay in the position. Back office isn’t great
