Pros
None really. Decent history of project success, quite good engineers but it is all in the past. Right now it is the epitome of a failing, evil Dilbertian corporation. In some aspects worse, as its not run by stupid people.
Cons
Had a horrific illness in my first month and once I recovered, was "performance managed" out. After firing me, zero effort to see if I was OK (I was near suicidal as so much went wrong). HSE policies seem to be designed by a sadist, who thinks that the employees are idiots (staircases out of bounds, mirrors around corners so you don't walk into each other, can't carry water cups without lids). This is a city office, not an offshore rig. When they mattered, HSE and HR policies were disregared - I was seriously ill, yet they just bulldozed me out of the company rather than help me - 12 hour work days, impossible tasks and deadlines, near daily performance reviews. No real support from HR. HR are effectively lackeys of the senior managers and do nothing to protect the vulnerable. Total chaos - from senior management down to things like IT, stationery, cleaning, etc. Self-respecting people, who can leave, leave. A serious proportion of sociopaths in senior roles. If it stays like this, the company will not survive. I'm sorry for the innocent employees, but overall the world would be a better place without it.
