The agency does not car about quality of care but harps on us to "make productivity." Often we have over 100 clients meaning we might see them once a month. Working with kids with complex trauma, we o more harm than good. My first week they laid off the most senior employee, then later another senior employee who had exceeded his productivity higher than almost everyone simply because he talked to his supervisor about the unethical services clients received. That's why I started looking elsewhere.
