Pros

Ok pay Vacation time Health insurance Nice coworkers but underappreciated

Cons

Says Trauma informed but really knows nothing about it and doesn't model it or implement it(I was screamed at for leaving while sick after the fact, my coworkers understood the day of but my boss wanted to guilt me only after getting my 2 weeks notice?) No communication No middle management due to constant turnover Senior directors smile but they are scary af beware Your job duties will constantly change Processes at work constantly change There are no hard and sound "policies"; it's whatever the senior director thinks because she's a control freak All of the senior directors are basically hanging on by a string and that is the atmosphere on the third floor if you are a therapist: get ready for positive juju (sarcasm!)
